Community Living. Reimagined. The Hub@Oddie is an adaptive, environmentally sensitive project that will transform a skilled nursing facility into a 58-unit apartment building. By keeping most major structural components and systems intact, developers will be able to reduce the impact and waste of total demolition while retaining the inherent constructed value of the structure and the surrounding site.

 

The Hub@Oddie will feature workforce/ market-rate rent prices with first-class amenities for tenants and a 2,875-sf by-the-hour commercial kitchen available to culinary start-ups, caterers, and food trucks.

 

Located along the Oddie Corridor, this property is conveniently near shopping, bus stops, and the UNR campus.

 

This project is funded by Heritage Bank, designed by Resin Architecture and built by Solum Construction.
