Community Living. Reimagined. The Hub@Oddie is an adaptive, environmentally sensitive project that has transformed a skilled nursing facility into a modern 59-unit apartment building. By keeping most major structural components and systems intact, developers were able to reduce the impact and waste of total demolition while retaining the inherent constructed value of the structure and the surrounding site.

This pet friendly, single story building has beautiful courtyards with semi private patios from most units.  Floor plans are mostly 1 bedroom's, but range from Studios to 2 bedroom apartments and 2 large live/work units.  Apartments have high speed internet, full size stainless steel kitchen appliances, carpet and laminate flooring with large windows providing an abundance of natural light throughout. The amenity spaces include laundry, media and game room, multipurpose room, fitness room, computer work areas, rentable storage spaces and a dog wash.  Access to building is securely fob controlled.


Located along the Oddie Corridor, this property is conveniently near shopping, bus stops, and the UNR campus.


This project was funded by Heritage Bank, designed by Resin Architecture and built by Solum Construction.
